Veggie Options:
- Romaine lettuce
- spinach
- chard
- green onion or chives
- green pepper, diced
- red pepper, diced
- tomato, chopped or sliced
- cucumber, sliced and quartered
- carrot, grated or finely chopped
- mushroom, sliced
Dairy Options:
- cheese, grated, your choice(s)
Protein Options:
- bacon, cooked and crumbled
- chicken, diced
- sliced almonds
- walnuts or pecans, chopped
Grain Options:
- taco chips
- wholegrain croutons
- bite-sized wheat crackers
Toss all ingredients together. Add Caesar dressing, balsamic vinegar, spiced olive oil or vinaigrette dressing.
